06.03.08 - 2008, Here we come. We've had a looong brake this winter but are now back on track. First of we have a show coming up this saturday (march 8th) with MLGF from trondheim playing their awsome "trøndercore" and Whoremonger and Susie Cain from Horten invading Oslo this weekend with trash and hardcore ready to rip up Maiden. Second we got some realy great news. Our man Tom at Maiden has made the booking we have been waiting for for years now. June 25th no one other than Comeback Kid, Shai Hulud, Crime In Stereo and special guests will appear on stage at Maiden under a collaberation between Maiden and Boots & Sneakers. So get ready for some serious action from B&S in 2008! BO'YAH! 16.05.07 - ALL THAT REMAINS (us) & THE HAUNTED (swe) ON B&S Boots & Sneakers are now ready for and proud to announce our first big international headliners of this round. The big metalcore giants of All That Remains is paying Oslo a visit after playing Wacken and Augistibuller in August, And Sweden's trash metal heroes, The Haunted, is coming back for more after their visit on B&S a few years ago. ATR will be supported by Sounds Of Unity's newcomers Iskra and another band (yet to be announced) and The Haunted will be accompanied by Insense and She Said Destroy. B&S will take a brake during the summer and posters for these shows will be posted soon. 27.03.07 - Boots & Sneakers @ Club Maiden Thursday the 29th of March This thursday (29th of march) it's time for some more Boots & Sneakers at Club Maiden in Oslo. Torch, Brawl and Iskra will be tearing it up. This will be Brawl's final gig. They have decided to dissolve the band after 10 years in the local hardcore scene and are inviting you to a final ball this fine evening. The price will be 90 nok and you have to be at least 18. Be there and show Brawl that we want them to stick around for another decade! 22.02.07 - Boots & Sneakers site up and running This site has finally been updated as well. Not everything is done yet, but we've got some info up. Check ou the shows, hall of fame and about sections. We have also gotten some info up in the contact section. More updates coming shortly. Right now there's two B&S gigs coming up. One the 2nd of march and one the 29th of march. Check the shows section for some info. More info will be added soon, though.
